- Homogeneous: Highly related to SLE.
- Rim: Compatible with anti DsDNA
- Speckled: Highly related to SLE, mixed connective tissue disease, Sjogren's syndrome, Polymyositis and Scleroderma.
- Nucleolar: In approximately 50-70% of overlapping scleroderma and Polymyositis/dermatomyositis syndrome and 30% of patients with systemic scleroderma especially those with renal complication.
- Centromere: In patient with systemic sclerosis especially in cutaneous limited form.
- Mitochondrial: Common in patients with primary biliary cirrhosis, systemic sclerosis and rarely in other rheumatologic disordered.
